How much does Yubigo cost?
Yubigo starts at $2,000 per event for up to 50 placements, plus a one-time setup fee of up to $500 in the first year. A small county fair can expect about $2,300 to $2,800 for its first year, and a mid-size county fair about $3,400 to $4,800, depending on how much you want us to manage.
What counts as a placement?
A placement is a vendor, ride, attraction or sponsor with a spot on your map. Buildings and amenities are free.
Does attendance change the price?
No. Attendance is never part of your price, and there are no visitor caps.
Is there an annual subscription?
No. Platform access is free all year. You pay for the events you run, so a fair that runs two events pays for two events. Setup is charged only once.
Does the price change if vendors change during the event?
No. Your price is set before the event, and additions, cancellations and swaps during the event do not change it.
Do later years cost less?
Yes. Setup is not charged again, and with fully managed service, map work covers only what changes from the year before.
When do we pay?
Typically a deposit when you sign, with the balance due 30 days after your event ends. Final payment terms are set in your agreement before you sign.
