About Yubigo

A fair app and analytics platform built for one kind of event: the fair.

What We Do

Yubigo gives county fairs, state fairs and agricultural expositions a fair app their visitors actually use (an interactive map with walking directions, the schedule, vendor search and severe-weather alerts, opened from a QR code with nothing to download) and gives fair managers visitor analytics and sponsor reports they can take to their board.

Who We Are

Yubigo is a product of AGW Solutions, LLC, a North Carolina company. You may have seen our work credited to AGW Solutions, for example as the partner behind “The Navigator” wayfinding tool at the Schaghticoke Fair in New York. It’s the same team and the same platform.

We are independently operated and build only for fairs, not adapted from concert, festival or venue technology, and not part of a larger entertainment group. We are members of the International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE) and the North Carolina Association of Agricultural Fairs (NCAOAF), and the platform is shaped by conversations with fair managers at national conferences and regional roundtables.

How We Work

• We build it with you. Your map, vendors and schedule are set up for you; your team reviews and approves everything before it goes live.
• Then it’s yours to run, with as much or as little support from us as you want.
• Privacy first. Visitors never create an account, and we don’t track phones outside the grounds. How our analytics work.

The Name

Yubigo is sometimes searched as “Youbigo” or “Yubi Go”: it’s us. We are not affiliated with similarly named companies outside the fair industry.
