Yubigo Accessibility Statement
1. Our Commitment
AGW Solutions, LLC (“Yubigo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making its platform accessible to users of all abilities. We believe that event navigation and venue management tools should be usable by everyone — including people who rely on assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, or accommodations for visual, motor, or cognitive differences.
Accessibility is an ongoing priority, not a one-time certification. We continuously evaluate and improve the platform against recognized standards, and we welcome feedback from users who encounter barriers.
2. Scope of This Statement
This statement applies to the following Yubigo-operated surfaces:
- Viewer — The public web application used by event attendees to navigate venue experiences. No account is required to use the Viewer.
- Portal — The operator-facing dashboard used by venue staff and administrators to manage events, content, and platform configuration.
- Public marketing pages and forms — The Yubigo public website and any public-facing data submission forms operated by Yubigo.
This statement does not cover venue-uploaded content, embedded third-party services, or tools operated independently by venues on their own domains. Those are addressed in Section 9.
3. Conformance Target
Yubigo's public-facing surfaces, including the Viewer and public marketing pages, are designed to substantially conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
The operator-facing Portal targets the same standard. Certain visual editing workflows and certain spatial interactions within the Portal have documented limitations described in Section 5.
We also work toward alignment with:
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (United States)
- EN 301 549 Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services (European Union)
Yubigo is not certified by a third-party auditor. Conformance is an ongoing internal effort, and our use of “substantially conforms” reflects industry-standard practice: it means we have made meaningful, systematic effort to meet the standard — not that every interaction in every context has been formally verified.
4. What We Have Built In
The following accessibility practices are incorporated across Yubigo-operated surfaces:
- Semantic HTML structure used throughout primary navigation, forms, and content areas
- Keyboard navigation supported across forms, dialogs, and primary navigation flows
- Screen reader compatibility on form inputs, error messages, and modal dialogs
- Visible focus indicators present on interactive elements across primary surfaces
- Color contrast meeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA on primary text and interactive surfaces
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences via the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query - Text scalable through standard browser zoom without loss of content or functionality
5. Known Limitations
We are transparent about areas where our current implementation does not yet fully meet our conformance target.
Certain visual editing workflows in the platform may rely on pointer or touch input and do not yet have a complete keyboard-only equivalent. Some spatial interactions — including map-based content positioning — are optimized for pointer or touch input, and full keyboard parity for these interactions is in progress. Selected interactive features may rely on optional device sensors that some users may decline; functionality continues without them but with reduced precision.
These limitations apply primarily to operator-facing workflows in the Portal. The Viewer and public marketing pages have a lower incidence of pointer-dependent interactions.
We do not publish specific criterion-level failure details in this statement. Users who encounter a barrier are encouraged to contact us directly at support@yubigo.com so we can assist and document the issue.
6. Alternative Pathways
Where specific workflows present accessibility barriers, Yubigo supports alternative pathways including data import, administrator-assisted onboarding, and search-driven content discovery. These pathways are available and supported — not experimental. Venue operators and their staff who require an alternative approach may contact support@yubigo.com for assistance.
7. How to Request Accommodation
Contact us: support@yubigo.com
We aim to acknowledge all accessibility-related requests within 5 business days. We do not commit to a specific resolution timeline, as the appropriate response depends on the nature of the request, the affected surface, and available alternatives.
A note on venue staff. Venues that license Yubigo to support their staff operations are employers or operators in their own right. Under applicable employment law, those venues bear their own obligations to provide reasonable accommodation to their employees and contractors. Yubigo's role is to ship platform-level accessibility features and to assist venues and their staff through support escalations. If you are a venue staff member seeking a workplace accommodation, you should also engage your employer or venue operator directly.
We do not warrant that any specific accommodation request can be fulfilled, and nothing in this statement creates an obligation beyond what is required by applicable law.
8. Standards We Follow
WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative, are the primary technical standard against which we evaluate Yubigo-operated surfaces. Level AA is the internationally recognized baseline for web accessibility compliance.
Section 508. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requires that federal agencies' electronic and information technology be accessible to people with disabilities. Yubigo follows Section 508 standards as a baseline for all US-facing services.
EN 301 549. The European standard for accessibility requirements for ICT products and services. Yubigo follows this standard as applicable to services used within the European Union and European Economic Area.
9. Third-Party Content and Embedded Services
Yubigo's platform enables venues to upload and manage their own content, including logos, vendor descriptions, event schedules, and images. This content is created and maintained by venue operators, not by Yubigo. We make reasonable effort to provide an accessible framework for presenting this content, but we cannot warrant that venue-uploaded content meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA or any other accessibility standard.
The platform also integrates third-party services — including mapping providers, payment processors, and authentication services — that operate under their own accessibility policies. Yubigo does not control the accessibility implementations of these third parties and cannot warrant their conformance.
Users who encounter accessibility barriers in third-party content or embedded services are encouraged to contact us. We will make reasonable effort to assist or provide an alternative pathway where one exists.
10. Updates to This Statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available at this URL. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised statement.
