The Fair Schedule, in Every Pocket

Every show, judging, stage act and kids’ event, on the map, and easy for your team to keep current.

What Fairgoers See

A fair runs on its schedule. In the Yubigo fair app, visitors see what’s on and add the events they want to their plan, with each event’s location on the fairgrounds map, and walking directions to get there. While they plan their visit, each fair day’s weather forecast helps families pick the right day before they leave home.

Scheduling Made Simple for Your Team

The printed schedule is out of date the moment a show moves. In Yubigo your team manages the schedule in one place:

One Schedule, Not Three

Many fairs keep a printed schedule, a website schedule and an app schedule, and spend the fair keeping them in step. With Yubigo the schedule your visitors see on the grounds is the same one they plan with from your website, and the same one in your analytics, so you can see which events drew interest.

The schedule is one part of the county fair app, which also includes the map, vendor search and weather alerts, opened from a QR code with nothing to download.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we upload our fair schedule from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Download the template, fill it in, and upload a CSV or Excel file to load the whole schedule at once. You can also add, edit and remove individual items in the Portal.

What happens when the schedule changes during the fair?

Edit the item in the Portal and republish. Visitors get the updated schedule the next time they open the app, and anyone using it is prompted to refresh within minutes. For a change people need to know about right away, staff can also send an announcement that shows up as a notification on visitors’ phones.

What kinds of events can go on the schedule?

Anything with a time and a place: livestock shows, judging and competitions, exhibitions, grandstand and stage performances, live music, demonstrations and kids’ and family events. Built-in categories cover the common ones, and you can add your own: 4-H, grandstand, or whatever your fair calls them.

Does the schedule work without cell signal?

Yes. Once the fair app has loaded on a visitor’s phone, the schedule and map stay available even where coverage is poor, and refresh when signal returns.
